Dr. Stephen Storer is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with fellowship training in pediatric orthopedic surgery. He earned his medical degree at the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City. He then completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the Columbia University New York Orthopedic Hospital Program. Participating hospitals included the Children’s Hospital of New York, New York, Presbyterian Hospital and the Springfield Shriners Children’s Hospital. He served as chief resident for the Columbia University Department of Orthopedic Surgery during the last year of his residency training before completing a year of fellowship training in pediatric orthopedic surgery at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.

Dr. Storer is a member of numerous organizations, including the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American College of Surgeons and Alpha Omega Alpha, and the medical honor society. He is a past recipient of the prestigious O.R.E.F. grant to study bone biology. His areas of interest include sports injuries and surgery of the hip in children and adolescents.
