Early Registration: $120/person

Memorial Healthcare System Employees: $60/person

Students: $30/person

*Student must present school-issued student ID upon check-in the day of the conference

 

Directions

Please see below a campus map for Memorial Regional Hospital which is located at 3501 Johnson Street Hollywood, FL 33021. Please enter the Memorial Regional campus using the East entrance which is just off of 35th Ave or Joe DiMaggio Drive. Once you enter the campus please proceed to park in the visitor’s garage on the 2nd, 3rd or 4th floors. Please keep your parking ticket with you as I will validated it for you during the meeting. Once you park please proceed to the elevators located on the West side of the visitor’s parking garage and head down to the first floor. Once on the first floor, cross the street as the conference center is located on the first floor of the employee garage located on the West side of the campus. The meeting will be taking place in rooms A & B.
