Kelsey Capps, PA-C, is certified to practice as a physician assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in cellular and molecular biology from Towson University in Maryland. She went on to earn her Master of Medical Science degree in Physician Assistant studies from Nova Southeastern University in Florida.

Kelsey is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants. She has a special interest in the surgical and nonsurgical management of pediatric sports medicine injuries and fractures.
