Jhoanna Cuellar is a Physical Therapist for U18 Sports Medicine Program in Miramar. Her passion for fitness and wellness led her to obtain an undergraduate degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology at the University of Florida. While completing her undergraduate degree, she also assisted with pre-season screenings for the women’s soccer team at the University of Florida. She then went on to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Nova Southeastern University. She continues to enjoy keeping up with the latest Physical Therapy research, in order to help adolescent athletes and young orthopedic patients achieve their maximum potential while also focusing on injury prevention. Jhoanna believes in guiding her patients through their rehabilitation journey, while providing them with the knowledge necessary to be successful when returning to sports.
